How it Works:

1 Two Types of Accounts:

In copy trading, there are two types of accounts: the master account and the follower account. The master account belongs to the experienced trader who makes the trading decisions, while the follower account belongs to the investor who copies the trades of the master.

2 Platform:

Both the masters and followers are on a platform (like Etoro and Darwinex) which facilitates copy trading. This is how they connect with each other.

3Trade Execution:

When the master trader executes a trade (buy or sell), the same trade is automatically executed on the follower's account. If the master trader adjusts his stop loss, the follower's stop loss is adjusted as well.
